DINNER ROLLS


Ingredients

Flour – 500 g

Butter – 50 g

Yeast – 2 tsp

Sugar – 2 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Egg – 1

Warm Water or Milk – ¼



Method

Dissolve the Sugar in water & sprinkle the yeast leave for 10 minutes. Until frothy. Sift the flour & salt & rub in margarine & egg. Add the yeast mix well make a soft dough. Leave in a warm place to rise until double in size. Glazed with egg.
